1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit skywardfunsupply.com or use any game or feature on it (together, the "Service"). "Skyward", "we" and "us" mean Skyward Fun Supply. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

• You must be at least 19 years old to create an account. We use a single minimum age because the legal gambling age differs between Canadian provinces and territories.
• The Service is intended for people in Canada. We do not technically block visitors from elsewhere, but it is not offered to people in places where social casino games are restricted. If that is where you are, do not use it.
• When you register you confirm you meet these conditions. We may close accounts we reasonably believe do not.

3. Your account

• You can sign up with an email address and password, or with your Google account.
• Give accurate details, keep your sign-in details private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not share or sell accounts.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deletion removes your account details straight away and cannot be undone.

4. Games and virtual coins

• The games are for entertainment only. They simulate slot machines and do not involve real-money gambling.
• The only currency is virtual coins (play credits) inside the games. Virtual coins have no monetary value.
• Virtual coins cannot be bought, sold, deposited, withdrawn, transferred, gifted or redeemed for money, goods, services or anything of real-world value. The Service has no payment features.
• No cash prizes or prizes of real-world value are offered or awarded.
• Game outcomes are for fun. Results on the Service do not indicate future success at real-money gambling.
• We may change, rebalance, pause or remove games, features and virtual coin balances at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or other automated tools, or exploit bugs, to interfere with the games or the site;
• try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or probe the site for weaknesses;
• copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the games, artwork or content, except as the law allows;
• send abusive, unlawful or misleading messages through the Support or Contact forms;
• use the Service in any way that breaks the law or harms other people.

6. Third-party services

The games load inside the site from skywardfunsupply.com. If you choose Continue with Google, Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Google. Messages you send through the forms are delivered by an email delivery provider on our behalf. We link to outside help resources, which we do not control. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Our content

The site, its design, artwork, games and text belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may play the games and view the site for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of it, for example for maintenance or security.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that it will meet your expectations, run without interruption, or be free from errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Limits of liability

Because the Service is free and virtual coins have no value, to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss of virtual coins, game progress or account data, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if you break these terms or if we need to protect the Service or other people.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms. If a change is significant we will make it clear on the site.
